It was a blast last year, hope you can join us. We’ll have Bloody Mary’s,

See you there!

PS- Not my photo, but one posted in the past. One of the best Terramar Landing photos!!

Picnic Photos Posted in the Gallery!

HI everyone,

Thanks to all that helped with this year's picnic. Great weather, food, and what a turnout of Terramartians!! I've posted some of the photos I took at the event, if you have any you'd like to add to the pile, send them to me at: and I'll get them uploaded.

Enjoy the great weather we're still having, see you at the beach!

Street Signs

By danwalsh, 02/27/2012 - 08:29

Thanks to Board Member Jonnie, we have 2 new signs to hopefully reduce non-resident traffic shortcutting through our streets or
getting lost in the south end of El Arbol and Los Robles! No Outlet signs are posted on both streets for southbound traffic to see.
The I-5 Cannon sign is for northbound traffic on Carlsbad Blvd., and is posted at the Manzano street sign.
