The annual membership event dates are June 24th and 25th from 10 am to 2pm. Please check back to download the renewal membership packet, May 1st.

HI everyone,
Thanks to all that helped with this year's picnic. Great weather, food, and what a turnout of Terramartians!! I've posted some of the photos I took at the event, if you have any you'd like to add to the pile, send them to me at: president@terramarassociation.com and I'll get them uploaded.

Street Signs
Thanks to Board Member Jonnie, we have 2 new signs to hopefully reduce non-resident traffic shortcutting through our streets or
getting lost in the south end of El Arbol and Los Robles! No Outlet signs are posted on both streets for southbound traffic to see.
The I-5 Cannon sign is for northbound traffic on Carlsbad Blvd., and is posted at the Manzano street sign.
